As these services involve customized digital deliverables and intellectual work product created specifically for each client, refunds are subject to the terms below.

  1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds in specific, limited cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same transaction, the extra payment will be refunded within 5–7 business days after verification.
  • Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to initiate your project within the agreed start period without communication or justification, you may request a full refund.
  • Project Cancellation (Before Work Begins): If you cancel your order before project kickoff or resource allocation, a full refund will be issued minus any processing or administrative fees.

Once work has commenced, partial refunds may be considered only if deliverables have not been substantially completed and based on the actual effort invested.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Services have already been initiated or delivered.
  • Work has been completed as per the agreed scope and timelines.
  • Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., lack of communication, delayed approvals, incomplete requirements).
  • Custom software, integrations, or prototypes that have been built or deployed.
  • Third-party service costs (domain registration, hosting, license fees, ad credits, etc.) are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Change of mind, business direction, or subjective dissatisfaction after project delivery.
  1. Project Cancellation Policy
  • Clients may cancel a project anytime before development starts for a full refund.
  • For ongoing projects, written notice is required for cancellation. Work completed up to the date of notice will be billed proportionally.
  • Any advance payments remaining after deducting completed work value will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited using the original payment method (or another method agreed in writing) within 5 to 7 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
